- Gateway sent me upgrade offers on MS-DOS 5.0 and Windows 3.1 soon
- after they got the rights to do so. Their prices were as good or
- better than the upgrade ads I saw from Microsoft. Their intent seems
- to be good, and their follow-through was great on MS-DOS 5.0 (I didn't
- take advantage of the Windows upgrade.) Gateway has given me _far_
- better customer service than I got when I owned Northgate or Zeos
- systems, and the hardware has been very reliable.
