- So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and arranged to send it back by
- Federal Express. They claimed the drive never arrived back to their
- warehouse until 3 weeks later (something which Federal Express disagreed with,
- complete with a signed, dated slip showing it had arrived there one day after I
- sent it (by 2nd day air)). Finally they sent a replacement (after much hemming
- and hawing)... by slow UPS, even though I had requested 2nd day air. The
- replacement works fine, but it wasn't worth the hassle.
