  20. Hi,    I won't recommand them.  I once bought a new laptop from them that
  21. looked suspeciously like a used one.  A couple manuals had folded pages and
  22. one torn cover, the case had a few scratch marks.  I called them up about
  23. it, and although they'll refund my money, they won't refund the shipping
  24. cost.  I decided to just keep the machine.
