  34. my ATI vga wonder frequently stop at turbo mode. (12 mhz AT).
  35. It seemed to boot only at 6 mhz clock speed, otherwise
  36. it becme stuck at booting time.

  39. I made a call to ATI tech. and one technicin told me to try to
  40. insert the ATI VGA wonder card into the nearest slot to
  41. the power supplier.
