  11. I need some advise on what the problem could be on my dad's computer.

  13. Here is what generally happens:

  15. When running Windows, and the hard drive is reading data, and if you
  16. move the mouse at the same time, and the machine is in TURBO mode,
  17. the hard drive hangs and the red light stays on.
  18.  
  19. So when:  windows+disk access+mouse movement+turbo = hang
  20.  
  21. The way to get it loading again is to take it off of Turbo or
  22. even sometimes you have to push the turbo button in and out
  23. very fast to get the machine working again.
  24.  
  25. Any ideas? Is it the controller, hard drive, serial port conflict????
