  29. I find it hard to believe that your modem sees that string and hangs
  30. up the line for you.  I suspect it's probably more like some slimy
  31. terminal program that looks for "NO CARRIER" instead of watching the
  32. DTR line like it should be doing.  Try switching terminal programs
  33. and read that article again.
