- What version of CPBACKUP are you using ?
- I have been using CPBACKUP with my CM250 for about a year and never had
- any problem. How often do you clean the head ? I find out that
- the head gets dirty very easy. I used to have to clean it once every
- 4-5 full backups. Now I use pre-formated tapes and only need to clean
- the head occasionally. Also, always do a chkdsk or run NORTON DISK Doctor
- before doing a backup. This will probably eliminate the "error
- reading file" problem during backup.
