  12. I was wondering if someone knows if it is possible to have two video
  13. cards fitted in an IBM PC and to either use them both at the same time (same
  14. output) or to selectively (by software) choose one or the other.  In
  15. particular, I'd like to be able to have a (S)VGA and an EGA/CGA card together.

  17. The reason I ask is that I'd like to try and use an overhead projector
  18. panel with my PC, but the panel only accepts EGA or CGA from a nine pin 
  19. output.

  21. Or do you think a VGA card should be able to detect what sort of device
  22. is attached and so output in CGA/EGA/VGA as appropriate?
