  10. I'm planning to get a modem, but there are so many modems with relatively the
  11. same specs but a large range of prices. I would love to get the
  12. Satisfaxion/400 from Intel since it has a built in i186 and 512K buffer, but
  13. $400 is too much for me. I've seen the Boca 14.4 for $229. Have anybody used
  14. this card?
  15.     I guess I should look for a card with a UART16650 to prevent data
  16. loss. Any suggestions? I need a good balance between price and reliability.

  18.     What I want:  v32bis, v42bis, MNP5, UART-16650, internal(cheaper)
  19.                   Fax probably cost a very little more so I guess I won't mind
