  13. Does anyone have any recommendations for a fast, color PC laptop?
  14. General requirements include support for an internal faxmodem and
  15. ports for a mouse and external monitor.  Price is not really an issue,
  16. but around $4000 is probably a ceiling (and spending less would be
  17. much better).  I've heard that the Toshiba 4400 is a good system--what
  18. is comparable to this?

  20. As a Mac consultant for the past several years, I'm not very much in
  21. touch with the PC world, so I'd appreciate any advice that anyone can
  22. offer.  E-mail replies are preferred.  I'll post a summary if I get
  23. enough responses.
