- I don't really see this as an inconsistency. The multiline display will
- go into operation by breaking the object in level 1 into its component
- elements and displaying them on separate lines. Since a binary number is a
- single elementary object (it cannot be broken into components) it cannot be
- displayed on multiple lines. If it broke up the element, I'd be pretty upset
- about it.
