  20. I've heard of people having this problem before, but I dont remember if
  21. they managed to get a free fix for it.  
  22. I suspect there could be several reasons/causes of this phenomena,
  23. including: driver chip problems (non-user fixable), broken circuit trace
  24. (user fixable, but not easy), and poor zebra strip contact (user-fixable,
  25. but may cause as many probs as it fixes).

  27. Assuming you have decided against paying big bucks for repair, and
  28. assuming you are the adventuresome type, like me (i.e. foolish), you
  29. might want to attempt to attack the zebra strip possibility - possibly
  30. the more practical of the aforementioned approaches.
