  12. I am trying to use  a DAT drive that came with our HP 730. I installed the
  13. the DATIO software and it appears to be working.
  14. When I type '/usr/bin/datinfo /dev/rmt/0mn' I get:

  16. Maximum capacity = 1986 MB, Remaining Capacity =1973
  17. etc., etc.

  19. But 'tar cvf /dev/rmt/0mn /etc/hosts' gets:
  20. a etc/hosts 2 blocks

  22. tar: end of tape
  23.  
  24. tar: To continue, enter device name when ready  or null string to quit
  25.  
  26. What is the correct format of the command ?
