  10. My HP Deskjet 500 printer has developed a very annoying squeak as the
  11. printer cartridge moves back and forth.

  13. I can take it all the way back to Kansas City for servicing, but I
  14. just wonder whether a little well-placed WD-40 might do the trick.
  15. On the other hand I don't like to risk screwing it up.
