- Nice try. I've installed all of the developer's tapes and the system
- was still missing LOTS of X11 pieces and parts. The real solution for
- HPUX 8.0x and X11R4 is:
- get X11R4 libraries and headers from HP in Corvallis Oregon via
- anonymous ftp
- get Imake and friends from Liverpool, England via anonymous ftp.
-
- [FREE HINT to HP: You are really annoying your customers and developing
- a horrid reputation with customers for not including ALL of the
- freely distributable X11 libraries, headers, and build utilities
- -- like Imake. I tell everyone I see about my experience with HP. ]
