  22. Andrew, you should try to get a copy of the HP-UX Portability Guide (and
  23. please check that it is the latest version -  there have been many).

  25. This guide discusses such things as porting between various architectures
  26. of HP machines, a few tips on going from BSD to HP-UX, data alignments,
  27. porting FORTRAN from VMS, porting Pascal, and a whole bunch of sundry and
  28. miscellaneous issues.

  30. I'm sorry I don't know the latest part number, but I seem to remember there
  31. were several copies floating around inside BNR somewhere.  Your local
  32. HP/BNR rep can get you copies, but make sure you ask him to get the very
  33. latest version!  They are probably not very expensive.
