- Andrew, you should try to get a copy of the HP-UX Portability Guide (and
- please check that it is the latest version - there have been many).
-
- This guide discusses such things as porting between various architectures
- of HP machines, a few tips on going from BSD to HP-UX, data alignments,
- porting FORTRAN from VMS, porting Pascal, and a whole bunch of sundry and
- miscellaneous issues.
-
- I'm sorry I don't know the latest part number, but I seem to remember there
- were several copies floating around inside BNR somewhere. Your local
- HP/BNR rep can get you copies, but make sure you ask him to get the very
- latest version! They are probably not very expensive.
-
- Hope this helps.
