  13. I'm looking for others who have tried to retrieve data from Allbase/SQL on
  14. either HP3000 or HP9000 host.  HP has told us that Allbase/NET PC API is
  15. available, but there only appears to be support for Gupta SQLWindows and
  16. Powersoft Powerbuilder (we're getting evaluations of both).  We've got
  17. some users who are using an Excel application that manipulates data on
  18. a Sybase SQL Server on an OS/2 box.  So how do they (simply) grab data
  19. from an Allbase/SQL database?  HP's Information Access or Newwave Access?
  20. Cognos' product (name escapes me at the moment)?  Has anyone else done
  21. this?  Custom interfaces maybe?  Must we wait for ODBC in '93?

  23. Any personal experiences/frustrations would be welcome.
