- We've an intermittent problem with logging into our HP 720's. The VUE login
- manager accepts the password, goes to the 'copyright' screen, and then after
- a long wait, puts up a panel with the following:

- I'm the 'system administrator' and I haven't a clue what's going wrong and
- the manual mentioned didn't come with the system! The problem seems to occur
- in about 25% to 50% of the attempts to login. It occurs on all of our systems
- and generally goes away in an hour or so. Rebooting doesn't always help.
- We've a fairly standard configuration with user accounts being made available
- to the HP via NFS and YP/NIS and HPUX 8.05 on the internal disk.
