- I noticed someone posted a message about the TI-85 calculator and posted a
- message about the HP 48SX calculator. As an owner of the HP 48SX, I would
- strongly recommend the HP calculator. I've seen nothing that even compares.
- The cost is steep; however, there is a non-expandable version available.
- The 48S is the same as the HP 48SX except it doesn't have the expansion slots.
- Even the Reverse Polish Notation doesn't take that long to get used to.
- Standard algebraic notation can be entered with just one additional keystroke
- or by using the equation editor, which will show your equation as it normally
- be on paper rather than the standard one-line string of characters.
