  10. Regarding the HP48 display missing a column of pixels...I believbe this
  11. has been addressed to some length on comp.sys.ph48.  If I recall
  12. correctly, some of the HP48's (within a certain serial number range),
  13. used a batch of lcd's that sporadically showed this problem.  I have one
  14. in this serial number range but I have not had a problem.  Contact the HP
  15. service dept (look on the back of the owners manual for the number) and I
  16. believe they will correct the problem free of charge, even if it is out
  17. of warrantee!!  Let me know how this turns out.
