  13.   Speaking of WNT, I only need to know one thing about to tell if it is
  14. worth my time...did Cutler include a QIO system call, and if he did, is
  15. it in a near identical format to every other DEC system he was involved in?

  18. of OS, everything I am interested in in an OS will follow automatically.
