- I would have replied via email, but I couldn't...

- In article <47.2aaa29e2@forthd.uucp> you write:

- I don't know if they are good for anything, but I would be willing to
- buy one off you to see what it does.

-
- The VID08 is
- "VIDEO DISPLAY STATION: VID10-B4, VR419-A2, LK201-A (keyboard), (a VSXXX-A
- mouse, too, I think)"
-
- The VID10-B4 is
- "IMAGE II SYSTEM BOX"
-
- The VR419 is
- " 19" MONOCHROME MONITOR, RESOLUTION 1536 X 1152 PIXELS"
- Unfortunately, the frequency is not given, so I don't know whether this
- is usable on another machine or not (or whether or not DECwindows will
- support it).
-
- The memory is probably 9meg total (two 4meg MS630-BB boards plus 1meg on
- the CPU).
- The ethernet is probably a DEQNA, as I don't think DELQA's were available
- at that time.
-
- Can you open one of these suckers up and read the numbers off the handles
- of the boards? The first board should have M7606 (the MicroVAX II cpu)
- stamped on it. If you can give me the other Mxxxx numbers, I can tell you
- what else is in it.

-
- I would imagine that nobody there knows what they are. They were made in
- '88, and probably didn't last very long.
-
-
- Get back to me as soon as you can with more details and I will try to help
- you determine whether this hardware is still usable.
