- I have a couple of simple questions about the Personal DECstation 5000/25.
- First, on the back of the machine, there is a modular port with a picture of a
- musical note and a telephone handset above it. Could someone describe what
- this port is for, and give the pinouts for it?
-
- Second, I recently discovered that the DS5000/25 has 8-bit audio output
- capability, a la the Sun systems. I am looking for some way to get audio into
- it, to digitize the audio. Does the DS5000/25 have built-in audio digitizing,
- like the NeXT systems? If it doesn't, where could I get an audio digitizer
- for the DS5000/25, and how much would it cost?
-
- Answers to any of these questions would be appreciated.
