  12. Well, this may be a long shot, but if you have a Halogen lamp anywhere
  13. near your computer, you will want to make sure that it is either off,
  14. or that it is on all the way.  For some reason, dimming it sceems to screw
  15. up monitors by making them all wiggley.  (Yeah, this probably isn't your
  16. solution, but it may be for someone else!)
