  13. Wow, am I amazed.  The first person to pick up the phone at Digital Solutions
  14. knew that Paperback Writer would fail if a 6526 was replaced by a 6526A!  She
  15. claimed that the 6526 had a bug in it that the 6526A fixed, and that they had
  16. inadvertently depended on that bug.  They offered to replace my disk for $13
  17. (which seems a bit high considering I didn't damage it) with
  18. a version that doesn't depend on the 6526 bug.  Those Canadians not only 
  19. know how to write a fantastic word processor, they provide knowledgeable 
  20. support 6 years after the sale!
