- First, you might want to make sure that you downloaded the files correctly.
- What program were you using to download the file? If you used Kermit, there
- is a chance that not only is the filetype wrong, but the files got corrupted
- during the download. If you tell Kermit to download files as "binary," then
- the files will arrive uncorrupted and with a type of PRG.

- As to changing file types, there are many utilities out there (dedicated as
- well as directory mangling utilities) that'll do it. I'll work on getting one
- up on ccosun in the next few days.
