- This is one of the motherboards where EVERYTHING, but the SID and VIC
- II are soldered. I used to have an earlier model that had the PLA,
- 6510, and 6526s socketed. So, checking these chips by substitution is
- going to be a pain.

- There is a mythical diagnostic cart I've heard about that can pinpoint
- bad chips. Does anyone know about this thing?

- Or does anyone have some shortcut for diagnosing soldered chips?
