- Since a couple people mentioned text editors (80-col, 128, anyway), I
- figured I'd make an inquiry:
-
- Does anyone know of a GOOD, full-featured text editor for the 64?
- I use a variety of different wordprocessors and editors for
- different things-Bobsterm's editor is probably one of the best
- in my book, but it lacks certain advanced features (like handling
- C= characters, for example, and moving blocks around is a drag).
-
- A while ago I read in Compute's Gazette of a new editor (it came
- out I guess four or five years ago) called the "Diamond Text
- Editor". The magazine claimed it was written by one of their
- staff programmers, and that it was fully-featured. It was
- also rather pricy, as I remember, something like $30 US.
-
- Anyone have any information on this? Suggestions for more
- available text editors would also be helpful. I usually
- swap between Paperclip, Bobsterm, Novaterm's, and Darkterm's
- text editors depending on my need.
