  12. I've been noticing Spectre GCR handling the serial port very nicely
  13. at 2400 baud with xon/xoff, but completely wiping out at 9600 baud +.
  14. Since the ST/STe itself has problems at high speed, which is corrected
  15. by using RTS/CTS and patch programs like TURBOCTS and SERIALFX, the 
  16. question is can I get Spectre to recognize these patches? I tried setting
  17. this up in ST mode first and this seemed to make no difference.

  19. The general corollary of this is can Spectre recognize and use any of
  20. the various patch programs that are set up in ST mode? Does Spectre
  21. map Mac toolbox stuff into calls to ST BIOS, XBIOS calls or does it
  22. just write straight to the hardware?
