  32. The original questions delt with the ability of the ST to emulate an IBM
  33. style computer i.e., IBM or IBM clone.  The individual who posted the
  34. original message had heard that these IBM emulators were extremely slow
  35. and is so wanted to know it he should just go out and make the purchase
  36. of an IBM/IBM clone.  My response was to inform him that this was not the
  37. case.  If you choose to not call any of the hardware IBM "emulators" for
  38. the ST emulators is, as far as I'm concern, a mute point.  If I want to
  39. to run IBM software on my ST I want the fastest device I can have to do it
  40. with.  I don't care what it's called, or how it works.  I only want it to
  41. do the job I want done.  I believe most users are of the same mind as I am.
