  23.     I have noticed a similar phenomenon - but, in my case, it usually
  24. arises after I've packed some executable with the ICE-Packer. The packed
  25. files occasionally (not always!) become undeleteable and if you do an "ls"
  26. command in Gulam you see more than one identically named file. I have often
  27. had to resort to the use of DLII to delete these files!!  I'm not
  28. convinced that this is a GULAM problem - it could be a TOS problem or
  29. indeed something peculiar about the way the ICE Packer writes out its
  30. packed executables. I have noticed this duplication often on RDY ramdisks
  31. but it does happen on normal floppies also.

  33.     When there is duplicity of files, GULAM usually finds the earliest
  34. in the directory listing. This is usually not the most recent. If you can
  35. delete this then, next time, GULAM will find the correct file.
