  17. Well, in this case it IS true... for using Paula on a  plain  old
  18. ST, you need an additional program called Petra, which installs a
  19. sound driver that allows Paula to  work  without  DMA  sound.  Of
  20. course,  the results are vastly inferior to the STe or TT, but at
  21. least it works.
  22. Petra does not seem to be available at all sites where Paula  can
  23. be found. I got mine from a BBS... so if it can't be found at any
  24. ftp site I could upload it to a.a.
