  25. Icon Juggler only has the options to set and delete pixel and move the icon;
  26. a real icon editor offers some more features. If you want to see a good icon
  27. editor, look for Iconedi 3.07 by Stefan Muench (I think that's the program Steve
  28. wanted). Features: Icon and Image editor, maximum size 640x400 dots, all
  29. neccessary elements like lines, squares, rectangles, circles, ellipses, circle
  30. & ellipse parts, automatic import of icons/images from resource files, export
  31. of icons as a resource file, etc., etc...

  33. In the current version, Iconedi can't edited any resource file directly, you 
  34. have to import the icons, modify them, save the edited icons as a resource
  35. and merge them into the resource file using a normal resource construction set.
  36. This will change in the next version.
