  18. I'm not sure what happened there, but should access to atari.archive
  19. go down, for whatever reason, there are mirrors available for your use.
  20. The most notable would be wuarchive.wustl.edu, /mirrors/archive.umich.edu/atari.

  22. I'm sure there are some in Europe also, but I am unaware of their exact 
  23. names.

  25. Be certain to know that you cannot upload to these mirrors.  (or maybe
  26. you can, but I'll never see the files).
