- Just thought I'd drop a little happy note for everyone to read ...
-
-
- The other day (well ok, I guess it was a couple weeks ago) I was watching
- the national news and they were doing a special on education/high schools
- in the U.S. They had a story about a high school in California which had
- recently taken a new principal who was turning the school into a music/
- performing arts haven. They spent money on professional quality equipment
- and brought together a lot of good people to create a really positive,
- productive environment for the students (kind of one of stories they show
- once in a while just to make you think the whole country isn't falling
- apart :-)
-
- Anyway, they were showing a shot of the music/recording facilities and guess
- what was sitting on the desk next to all the keyboards and stuff? That's
- right, our friendly neighborhood ST with MIDI cables on the side. Wish we
- had those when I was in high school!
-
- Ok, there's your picker-upper for the day, back to your regularly scheduled
- drivel...
