  17.    The Washington Area Atari Computer Enthusiasts will sponsor
  18. W.A.A.C.E.  AtariFest 1992 on October 10 and 11. The show will again
  19. be staged at the Sheraton Reston Hotel in Reston, VA. Show hours will
  20. be from 10 am to 6 pm on both days. In addition to the shopping
  21. bargains available from over thirty vendors there will be a full round
  22. of demonstrations, tutorials, and seminars.  A banquet on Saturday
  23. evening will feature a special speaker on Atari matters and Current
  24. Notes Magazine's "Author of the Year" award. Special mixers will cap
  25. off the evening's festivities. The 1990 and 1991 editions of the show
  26. attracted approximately 2000 visitors.

  28. The Sheraton Reston Hotel is a spacious, attractive facility located
  29. in a parklike setting near Washington, DC. The hotel is offering a
  30. special room rate of $59 per night plus tax to 'Fest attendees. Call
  31. 1-800-392-ROOM or 703- 620-9000 for reservations. Be sure to mention
  32. W.A.A.C.E. AtariFest '92. The number of rooms available at this
  33. special rate is limited, so make your reservations early.  The price
  34. that W.A.A.C.E. will have to pay for the exhibit space is directly
  35. tied to the number of hotel rooms that are rented out.

  39. Immediately following the 1991 show Charles F.  Johnson of Codehead
  40. Technologies announced that W.A.A.C.E. '91 was the most profitable
  41. outing that they had ever had, anywhere. For eight years W.A.A.C.E.
  42. has provided a complete Atari experience. 1992 promises to be in that
