- never had a manual for it.
- The SX-212 is (reasonably) hayes-compatible. Any "standard" hayes
- commands such as ATDT, ATA, ATS0=1, etc. will work fine.

- What I would recommend (and what I did:) find someone who has a manual
- for ANY Hayes-compatible modem, and look at that. Most of the commands
- will work.
- Also, if you want to know what the lights on the case mean, it's the
- same as other external modems. HS is high-speed (1200 in this case), AA
- is auto-answer, CD is carrier detect, OH is off hook, RD and SD are
- receive and send data, TR is terminal ready, and MR is modem ready...
- (sorry if that's elementary knowledge, but I would have loved for
- someone to tell me that when I had my SX-212, since it was my first "real"
- modem (meaning faster than 300 baud...))
