- This doesn't really solve the problem, but the TeachReader Finder
- extension will at least give you the text of a Macintosh Teach file if
- you set it with the Apple IIGS TeachText filetype ($50/$5445, I think).
- It will give you a couple errors about not being able to read the resource
- fork of the file, but it will still display the text of the file for you.
