  10. Now I use the SupraFAXmodem Plus driver.  It works fine.  I get between
  11. 1550-1700 cps on compressed filez ( either .zip .sit .cpt or .shk ).  The
  12. connection was with v.42/v.42bis.  So eveything is okay.

  14. It's just that on many BBSes, I can d/l via Zmodem w/no problem.  But uploads
  15. are different stories... ( the ZPROS... somethin' like that ).  Note that the
  16. problems are on the SAME BBS that I can d/l w/out problems.  More likely the
  17. problem is the cables.  In the manual, it recommands getting a correct HH
  18. cable, or use the xmit unbuffered modem port ( I tried, no difference at all ),
  19. and remove &c1.

  21. Since the Zmodem problem only occurs on u/l's, I could really care less.  As
  22. long as d/l is fine.  Since I am not sure if the problem is actually the cable,
  23. I don't think I am going to get one.  Any comments?
