  11. Ok, I need help again.  Will someone please tell me (as briefly as 
  12. possible) what to do with the '.tar' and '.shar' files?  Specifically, what 
  13. creates them, what extracts them, what is their advantage over Shrinkit 
  14. files and or Binscii files?
