- Well, I tried the stripper program on both weather.shk and
- weathergs.shk. The indication was that a Macbinary header was present,
- however, deleting it did not help. Neither file is recognized as a
- known archive even after stripping. I went back in with the block
- editor and found that there is still a slight difference from a normal
- Shrinkit processed file. I don't have the Shrinkit file format notes in
- front of me so I can't analyze exactly what the proper heading should
- be. I can see, however, in the two bad files (after the Macbinary
- header is stripped) that there are still some inconsistencies. For
- example, in a proper file the word 'NuFILE' starts at byte 0, 'NuFX'
- occurs at byte $30 and the original filename occurs at byte $09C. In
- the Weather.SHK file the 'NuFX' occurs one byte earlier and the original
- filename occurs at byte $09A.

- Any suggestions what to try next?
