  12. I might not be around this group as much over the next several weeks or
  13. months, for a few reasons:

  15. 1)  I find myself more pressed for time these days
  16.  
  17. 2)  I find my internet mailbox filling up on a daily basis again with
  18. people sending me technical questions.  I can't answer technical questions
  19. in Email on _any_ online service because if I did I'd do nothing else,
  20. and I refuse to choose who to support and who not to support.  I read the
  21. public message bases and contribute there.  I'm getting a lot of technical
  22. questions in mail again, and I'm tired of feeling like a bad guy and
  23. sending
  24. Email back that says "Sorry, but my .signature clearly asked you not to
  25. do this."

  27. 3)  I'm mainly here to help programmers, and the recent failure (again) of
  28. comp.sys.apple2.programmer says to me there aren't even 100 people reading
  29. this around the world who want programming help, so I'll probably focus
  30. more of my time in other places where programmers are definitely hanging
  31. out and asking for help.
