  12. I would guess that we have approximately 100 or so active users out there.
  13. I was wondering if anyone was up to abstracting the files on caltech.  I
  14. know that the umich archives have some brief abstracts - perhaps if they
  15. didn't care we could start with those.  Basically what I have in mind is
  16. a set of files that someone, toddpw perhaps, could move into the appropriate
  17. directories which would list 
  18.  
  19. author name
  20. program name
  21. brief program description
  22. program requirements (hardware, software)
  23. program restrictions (doesn't work on rom 3; shareware $20; etc.)
  24.  
  25. The apple2-l bitnet archive has one liners basically from the Subject
  26. lines.  The wuarchive has a filename/subject line list.
  27. The caltech has a ls -lR type listing and we could help them out with this
  28. project.
  29.
