  20. You should buy it now.  Nothing anyone can send you will come close to the
  21. information you require from the official references.  (Remind me to post
  22. my classic Matt vs. Dave example of "prescriptive" vs. "descriptive"
  23. someday if it's not clear why you need the Apple manuals.)

  25. I just called Resource Central and asked -- if you order something and ask
  26. it to be shipped regular surface mail, _they_ pay for shipping.  It might
  27. take a week or so extra to get there, but it won't cost you anything more.
  28. Toolbox Reference 3 is a thick book -- airmail shipping of it would cost
  29. US$37.41.  I'd go for surface mail if I were you.
