- You should buy it now. Nothing anyone can send you will come close to the
- information you require from the official references. (Remind me to post
- my classic Matt vs. Dave example of "prescriptive" vs. "descriptive"
- someday if it's not clear why you need the Apple manuals.)

- I just called Resource Central and asked -- if you order something and ask
- it to be shipped regular surface mail, _they_ pay for shipping. It might
- take a week or so extra to get there, but it won't cost you anything more.
- Toolbox Reference 3 is a thick book -- airmail shipping of it would cost
- US$37.41. I'd go for surface mail if I were you.
