- There is more to a terminal protocol than cursor movement codes! I
- think the ANSI and VT-100 implementation of some codes differ
- slightly. Also, systems that specifically talk to VT-100 terminals
- use some codes that are not part of the ANSI standard. I don't know
- what codes these are, all I know is that on some systems, an "ANSI"
- emulation doesn't work, but a "VT-100" emulation does.

- VT-100 graphics modes and characters aren't supported by ANSI
- emulators. "ANSI" usually means "IBM PC compatible ANSI", including
- IBM PC high-ASCII graphics characters (particularly line drawing ones).
