  13.   Does anyone know if the Tybalt FTP site in California is down or something? 
  14. (Tybalt.caltech.edu). I've been unable to connect with it from my Vax account
  15. for the past couple of days, and usually get the following message:

  19. Connection opened (Assuming 8-bit connections)

  22.   I've also been unable to telnet to brandenville to access the GS<>IRC
  23. for the past few days. Is FTP and Telnet a local problem with the University
  24. here, or is everyone else having this...?
