  15. They are copyrighted and not available via ftp. Buy the Addison-Wesley Rom
  16. Kernal Manual "Autodocs & Includes" and/or ask your local C= subsidiary
  17. (_not_ dealer) for the 2.04 developer kit with autodocs/includes on disk.
  18. Should be around $20 plus shipping depending on your local currency of
  19. course.
