  14. I need more information about obtaining Matt Dillon's DICE C compiler.

  16. I downloaded the archive from FF491 and liked what I saw, despite
  17. of the fact that it was crippled.  I tried writing Mr. Dillon a few
  18. times, but didn't get any reply.

  20. Is it still non-commercial?  If so, what do I have to do to become a 
  21. registered user?
