  11.     I've been attempting to apply the patches supplied on amiga.physik.unizh.ch
  12. for gcc2.2.2...  I have had nothing but problems when I attempt to run the
  13. steps that use ar and ranlib.  Usually, it GURUS, other times it will give
  14. some wierd error about free'ing ram.

  16.     Here's a short description of my setup-
  17.     
  18.     - VXL-30 68030
  19.     - 3 meg ram, 1 meg chip, 2 fast
  20.     - enough HD space (definately not the prob.)
  21.  
  22.     I've tried degrading my VXL down to 68000, but I get the same problem.
  23.     If anyone has a cure for this, please post, I'm sure there must be others
  24. encountering these problems.
