- Hi there,
- I was wondering if anyone could please help me with a problem I have
- got running my program (X-Comm) from workbench. I use SAS/C V5.10a
- compiler and I trying to run my program from a standard icon. I compile it
- LIB:c.o at the moment but I don't want that anoying CON: I/O window
- popping up on workbench everytime the program is loaded. I know that this
- can be gotten rid of by using _main instead of main, but the problem is,
- everytime I run X-Comm off an icon using the _main, my Reqtools requesters
- have a bad habbit of crashing after the window opens. IE, I load the
- program from workbench, the window doesn't come up and it all loads fine.
- Then I go into the phonebook editor window and select "Import phonebook..."
- or "Load Phonebook..." and the Reqtools file request window appears and
- starts drawing it's gadgets and then BANG. It gurus.
- I have no idea why this happens. I figured I may have to set up some
- I/O pointers in my process structure or something strange like that? Do I
- have to fiddle with workbench messages? Anything other than just setting
- it to _main(). Please help, this is one of the few bugs that are holding
- up X-Comm's release at the moment. Thanx in advance..
